PPP (Pink Protein Power) Smoothie
35g of Protein!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup milk of choice I used almond milk
- vanilla protein powder use amount as instructed by brand for one serving
- 3 tbsp vanilla or coconut greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add ingredients to blender and blend.
- Bottom layer (optional) chop 3 strawberries and add about 1 tsp of honey; mash and pour into glass.
- Optional: cocowhip clouds and dusted pitaya powder.
