MEET LAUREN TOpPE THOMAS

Hi, friends. I am a Houston-based medical device sales professional, content creator, wife, and proud mom of two. By day, I work in medical device sales, partnering with surgeons and hospitals to bring life-changing solutions to patients. By night (or nap time), I pour my creativity into building a space where wellness, family, and everyday inspiration meet.

My journey has been shaped by balance: balancing a demanding career with motherhood, balancing clean living with real-life chaos, and balancing ambition with gratitude. Through my social media platforms, I share a blend of recipes, mocktails, family finds, and lifestyle moments that inspire busy women and parents to simplify, enjoy and celebrate the little things.

I believe in showing up authentically-whether that’s testing a new healthy ingredient swap, creating a fun craft activity for my kids, or sharing messy, honest parts of my life. My mission is to spark joy, creativity, and connection while encouraging others to design a life that feels good both inside and out.
