Ingredients

frozen bananas

frozen raspberries

cup
frozen strawberries

tbsp
maple syrup

milk of choice
I used almond milk
vanilla protein powder
use amount as instructed by brand for one serving
3
tbsp
vanilla or coconut greek yogurt
Instructions
Add ingredients to blender and blend.
Bottom layer (optional) chop 3 strawberries and add about 1 tsp of honey; mash and pour into glass.
Optional: cocowhip clouds and dusted pitaya powder.
