PPP (Pink Protein Power) Smoothie

35g of Protein!

Ingredients  

  • 1/3 cup frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk of choice I used almond milk
  • vanilla protein powder use amount as instructed by brand for one serving
  • 3 tbsp vanilla or coconut greek yogurt

Instructions 

  • Add ingredients to blender and blend.
  • Bottom layer (optional) chop 3 strawberries and add about 1 tsp of honey; mash and pour into glass.
  • Optional: cocowhip clouds and dusted pitaya powder.
