Fruity Pebbles Protein Bagels
makes 4 bagels
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese blended
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- sprinkles
- fruity pebbles
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- egg was: 1 egg whisked with 1 tsp water
Instructions
- Add blended cottage cheeses, flour, vanilla, baking powder, and pinch of salt to bowl. Combine. Add sprinkles. Combine.
- Flour your hands and working surface. Roll out the dough into a ball. Divide into fouths.
- Poke a hole in the middle and shape into a bagel.
- Add to lined baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and top with fruity pebbles.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
