Fruity Pebbles Protein Bagels

makes 4 bagels

Ingredients  

  • 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese blended
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • sprinkles
  • fruity pebbles
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • egg was: 1 egg whisked with 1 tsp water

Instructions 

  • Add blended cottage cheeses, flour, vanilla, baking powder, and pinch of salt to bowl. Combine. Add sprinkles. Combine.
  • Flour your hands and working surface. Roll out the dough into a ball. Divide into fouths.
  • Poke a hole in the middle and shape into a bagel.
  • Add to lined baking sheet.
  • Brush with egg wash and top with fruity pebbles.
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
