Ingredients  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion diced
  • 3 packs Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Optional: shredded carrots, green ion, mushrooms, fried egg, sriracha, everything but the bagel seasoning or sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Heat pan over medium high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Add sweet onion. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ginger, garlic, and ground beef. Cook until brown. Drain excess oil.
  • Cook ramen according to package instructions. Do not add seasoning packet. Drain when finished cooking.
  • To ground beef, add soy sauce, honey, butter, chili garlic sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Cook 4-5 minutes.
  • Add in noodles. Combine all ingredients (I find it is easiest to use tongs).
  • Optional: if using mushrooms, add to skillet when adding sauces.
