Crockpot Hawaiian BBQ Pineapple Meatball Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen meatballs
- 1.5 cups chopped pineapple you can use canned, just be sure to drain juice
- 1.5 cups bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- chives chopped
Instructions
- Add meatballs and pineapple to crockpot.
- In a bowl combine bbq sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
- Pour over meatballs and pineapple in crockpot.
- Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
- I served with bone broth jasmine rice and steamed snow peas.
