Crockpot Hawaiian BBQ Pineapple Meatball Bowls

Ingredients  

  • 2 lbs frozen meatballs
  • 1.5 cups chopped pineapple you can use canned, just be sure to drain juice
  • 1.5 cups bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • chives chopped

Instructions 

  • Add meatballs and pineapple to crockpot.
  • In a bowl combine bbq sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  • Pour over meatballs and pineapple in crockpot.
  • Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
  • I served with bone broth jasmine rice and steamed snow peas.
