Jam Jar Mocktail 🍓⁣ ⁣ You can use whatever jam you Jam Jar Mocktail 🍓⁣ ⁣ You can use whatever jam you want! And can mix up fruits!⁣ ⁣ strawberry jam jar with a slight bit of jam left⁣ 2 strawberries, sliced⁣ juice of half 1 lime⁣ honey⁣ mint⁣ coconut water⁣ top with ginger beer⁣ ⁣ Muddle berries, lime juice, honey and mint. ⁣ Add coconut water, shake. ⁣ Top with ginger beer!⁣ ⁣ #mocktail #jamjar #sobersummer #sobercurious #nonalcoholic
Loaded Buffalo Chicken Meatball Bowls⁣ ⁣ Comment ‘ Loaded Buffalo Chicken Meatball Bowls⁣ ⁣ Comment ‘RECIPE’ to be sent an easy to download recipe card. ⁣ ⁣ 1 Ib ground chicken⁣ 1/2 pkt ranch seasoning dressing mix⁣ 1/4 cup buffalo sauce⁣ 1 egg, whisked⁣ 1/2 cup panko⁣ 2 tbsp minced parsley⁣ ⁣ Roll chicken mixture in to balls. Add to air fryer. Air fry at 400 for 15 min.⁣ ⁣ I made protein rice as my base with protein bone broth and jasmine rice.⁣ ⁣ Optional: roasted carrots at 400 for 25 min baby carrots⁣ ⁣ 1 tbsp minced garlic⁣ 4 tbsp butter, melted salt and pepper⁣ 1 tbsp honey⁣ 2 tbsp brown sugar⁣ ⁣ Assemble bowls:⁣ rice+meatballs+optional roasted carrots⁣ ⁣ Additional toppings:⁣ shaved or matchstick carrots chopped celery chopped cucumber minced parsley green onion, chopped⁣ ranch⁣ buffalo sauce⁣ ⁣ SO easy. I stare up at the beautiful open window roof as I’ I stare up at the beautiful open window roof as I’ve done from this exact spot probably hundreds of times. ⁣ ⁣ When this hospital opened and while I was at my previous medical device job, I worked at this hospital sometimes 5 days a week. ⁣ ⁣ I loved it here. Loved the surgeons, the staff, the other reps. Truly one of my favorite hospitals I’ve ever gotten to work in the OR at. ⁣ ⁣ Now I look at it through such different eyes. I’m writing this sitting here with tears held back. Thinking about how 5-years-ago-me looked through this roof with such a different lens. ⁣ ⁣ I had a lot of faults 5 years ago. Most that I’ve tried to change, rearrange, accept, adapt to. But they were mostly personal faults. Although my family history of anxiety, depression and quick tempers may beg to differ. But again, these were things I felt I could ‘fix’. ⁣ ⁣ Now I sit here. I have darkness in my heart and soul. Especially after how I was treated when I was inpatient here a few weeks ago. Disgusting. Completely unacceptable. ⁣ ⁣ Working alongside healthcare to now what feels like working against healthcare the further I get into my own journey. ⁣ ⁣ I still love medical device. I love my job. The practitioners, nurses, surgeons. When I say I have gotten to converse with some of the most incredible, brilliant minds in the entire world. It would blow my mind reading the studies done by these surgeons. Watching domino transplants. Truly magic. ⁣ ⁣ And yet now, the magic feels like dust. It feels burnt to the ground. I feel myself grasping for hope. Remember when you were at recess and you would go for the next monkey bar but your finger tips slipped ever so slightly and you fell into that prickly wooden mulch. But you stood back up and went to the next activity. ⁣ ⁣ I feel like I can barely stand anymore. The weight of it all. The neglect from trusted professionals. ⁣ ⁣ I could write a novel right now.
