a little over 1 cup watermelon chunks⁣
heaping 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt⁣
juice of 1 lime⁣
1 tbsp honey⁣
topo chico or sparkling water ⁣
⁣
(this is honestly my fav mocktail I’ve made in a while 🫣)⁣
⁣
Blend watermelon, yogurt, lime and honey. ⁣
Strain into a glass. ⁣
Add ice. ⁣
Top with sparkling water. ⁣

Deli Sparkling Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade 🥝🍋⁣ ⁣ 1 le Deli Sparkling Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade 🥝🍋⁣

1 lemon, quartered⁣
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped⁣
2 tbsp sugar⁣
1 oz strawberry syrup⁣
1/2 cup water⁣
top with sprite⁣
optional: top with freeze dried strawberries⁣
⁣
Add lemon, kiwi and sugar to container. Muddle. ⁣
Add ice and water. Shake to combine. ⁣
Open and add strawberry syrup. ⁣
Top with sprite and freeze dried strawberries. ⁣
⁣
Comment CUPS for links to the cups, hole puncher, strawberry syrup, syrup bottles, and straws.⁣

salmon, cut into cubes⁣
sauce/marinade:⁣
1/4 cup hoisin⁣
1/4 cup soy sauce⁣
1 tsp sesame oil⁣
1 tsp minced garlic⁣
1 tbsp honey⁣
1/2 tbsp brown sugar⁣
1 tbsp rice vinegar⁣
⁣
edamame snap pea salad:⁣
1 cup shelled edamame⁣
1 cup snap peas, thinly sliced⁣
3-4 green onions, thinly sliced⁣
juice of 1 lemon⁣
1 tbsp olive oil⁣
2 tsp honey⁣
1 avocado, diced⁣
2 mini cucumbers, diced⁣
⁣
Mix marinade/sauce ingredients. ⁣
Add salmon bites to bowl. ⁣
Add half of marinade/sauce. Let sit 10 min. ⁣
Remove bites and air fry at 400 for 10 min. ⁣
⁣
Toss all salad ingredients. ⁣
⁣
I made bone broth rice (minute jasmine rice with HEB chicken bone broth). ⁣
⁣
Serve together with remaining sauce drizzled over top. ⁣
⁣

2 tbsp honey⁣
1 tsp vanilla bean paste⁣
1/2 cup water⁣
1/2 cup sweetened (vanilla) coconut milk⁣
1/4 cup pineapple juice⁣
key lime La Croix 🍋‍🟩⁣
⁣
Add lime, honey and vanilla bean paste to container. Muddle. ⁣
Pour in water. Cover and shake (can also do in cocktail shaker).⁣
Add ice, coconut milk, pineapple juice. Combine.⁣
Top with key lime La Croix.⁣

1/2 cup sprite⁣
(you can adjust liquid amounts as you see fit or depending on container)⁣
garnish: lemon slices and gummy sharks⁣
⁣
Add lemons and sugar to container. Muddle.⁣
Add water. Shake. ⁣
Add ice followed by gatorade and sprite.⁣
Garnish and enjoy!⁣

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt⁣
1 tbsp minced garlic⁣
2 tbsp lemon juice⁣
2 tbsp olive oil⁣
1 tbsp smoked paprika⁣
1 tbsp dried oregano⁣
1 tsp cumin⁣
salt and pepper⁣
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes⁣
served over bone broth rice with picked red onion, baby cucumbers, baby tomatoes, pita chips, tzatziki, avocado⁣
⁣
cucumber salad⁣
sliced baby persian cucumbers⁣
chives⁣
dill⁣
lemon juice⁣
olive oil⁣
⁣
1. In a bowl, combine greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, dried oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Cover and let marinate 30 min-1 hr. ⁣
2. Air fry chicken thighs at 380 for 12-14 min. ⁣
3. Mix cucumber salad ingredients. ⁣
4. Serve over rice or arugula with optional toppings. ⁣
