sweet potatoes, cubed (I used 2 for two people)⁣
3 tbsp olive oil⁣
1 tsp each cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper⁣
1 lb. ground beef⁣
pkt. taco seasoning ⁣
rice of choice⁣
toppings: chopped tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, salsa, shredded cheese, black beans, the options are endless!⁣
⁣
1. Peel and chop sweet potatoes. Throw into a bowl. ⁣
2. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Air fry at 400 for 15-18 min. ⁣
3. Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning packet. ⁣
4. Serve with rice and toppings.⁣
⁣

1 tbsp honey⁣
juice of 1 lime⁣
blue spirulina ⁣
coconut water⁣
sprite⁣
butterfly pea tea⁣
⁣
Muddle blueberries, honey, blue spirulina and lime juice. ⁣
Add ice to cocktail shaker. ⁣
Add coconut water. Shake to combine. ⁣
Pour in glass over ice. Add sprite. ⁣
Top with butterfly pea tea (optional, but gives that fun gradient look 🦋)⁣

2 lbs frozen meatballs⁣
1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple (you can use canned, just be sure to drain juice!)⁣
1 1/2 cups bbq sauce⁣
1/4 cup soy sauce⁣
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar⁣
1/4 cup brown sugar⁣
1 tbsp minced ginger⁣
1 tbsp minced garlic⁣
chives chopped) (optional)⁣
⁣
Add meatballs and pineapple to crockpot.⁣
In a bowl combine bbq sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.⁣
Pour over meatballs and pineapple in crockpot.⁣
Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.⁣
I served with bone broth jasmine rice and steamed snow peas.⁣

• 1 tsp minced garlic⁣
• 2 tbsp tomato paste⁣
• 1 tsp italian seasoning⁣
• 1 tsp garlic powder⁣
• 1 tsp onion powder⁣
• 8 oz tomato sauce⁣
• 4 cups chicken broth⁣
• 1/4 cup heavy cream⁣
• 2 cups frozen mini meatballs⁣
• 2 cups anellini pasta⁣
• optional: pinch of red pepper flakes⁣
⁣
1. In a large pot over medium high heat, add butter. Add minced garlic. Add tomato paste. Stir to combine.⁣
2. Add italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook 4-5 min.⁣
3. Stir in tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add pinch of red pepper flakes (if using).⁣
4. Add pasta and frozen meatballs. Cook 20-25 min or until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally ensuring nothing is sticking to the bottom of your pot.⁣
5. Once cooked, turn off heat and pour in heavy cream.⁣
6. Serve with parmesan, basil, and parsley.⁣

juice of 1 lime⁣
2 tsp sweetened condensed milk⁣
sprinkle of flaky sea salt⁣
⁣
strawberry puree 🍓⁣
handful of strawberries, chopped⁣
1 tbsp lemon juice⁣
1 tsp sugar⁣
2 tbsp strawberry jam (optional, but adds tons of flavor)⁣
⁣
In a blender combine pineapple, coconut milk, honey, lime juice, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Combine and strain. ⁣
⁣
For puree, muddle all ingredients together. ⁣
⁣
Layer glass with ice, pineapple colada juice, and strawberry puree. Layer as many times as you would like!⁣
