Butterfly Coconut Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 lemon quartered
- 3 tbsp sugar
- coconut water
- butterfly pea tea I use Suncore Foods
- sweet cream creamer I use Chobani
Instructions
- I used a deli container, but you can also use a large glass or Weck jar. Note, you will need to use something that has a 'cover' to shake.
- Add lemon and sugar to container. Add ice. Fill halfway with water. Cover and shake. Open container/glass back up.
- Fill almost to the top with coconut water.
- Top with butterfly pea tea and a splash of creamer.
