Butterfly Coconut Lemonade

Ingredients  

  • 1 lemon quartered
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • coconut water
  • butterfly pea tea I use Suncore Foods
  • sweet cream creamer I use Chobani

Instructions 

  • I used a deli container, but you can also use a large glass or Weck jar. Note, you will need to use something that has a 'cover' to shake.
  • Add lemon and sugar to container. Add ice. Fill halfway with water. Cover and shake. Open container/glass back up.
  • Fill almost to the top with coconut water.
  • Top with butterfly pea tea and a splash of creamer.
