Buffalo Caesar Shrimp Wraps
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 3/4 cup panko
- burrito size tortillas
- chopped romaine
- avocado
- parmesan cheese
- caesar dressing
Instructions
- Combine flour with seasonings.
- Dip shrimp in flour mix, followed by buffalo sauce, and lastly panko.
- Add shrimp to air fryer. Air fry 5 min at 385.
- Add dressing, lettuce, parmesan, avocado, and shrimp to tortilla. Roll into a burrito.
- Optional: melt parmesan cheese in a skillet over medium heat. Add burrito seam side down to create a 'cheese seal'.
