Buffalo Caesar Shrimp Wraps

Ingredients  

  • 3/4 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 3/4 cup panko
  • burrito size tortillas
  • chopped romaine
  • avocado
  • parmesan cheese
  • caesar dressing

Instructions 

  • Combine flour with seasonings.
  • Dip shrimp in flour mix, followed by buffalo sauce, and lastly panko.
  • Add shrimp to air fryer. Air fry 5 min at 385.
  • Add dressing, lettuce, parmesan, avocado, and shrimp to tortilla. Roll into a burrito.
  • Optional: melt parmesan cheese in a skillet over medium heat. Add burrito seam side down to create a 'cheese seal'.
