Combine flour with seasonings.
Dip shrimp in flour mix, followed by buffalo sauce, and lastly panko.
Add shrimp to air fryer. Air fry 5 min at 385.
Add dressing, lettuce, parmesan, avocado, and shrimp to tortilla. Roll into a burrito.
Optional: melt parmesan cheese in a skillet over medium heat. Add burrito seam side down to create a 'cheese seal'.
