Mango Fish Taco Bowls
Ingredients
- white fish I used cod; you could use mahi mahi as well)
Seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper
Avocado Crema
- 1 avocado
- 1 container plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Add seasoning to both sides of fish. Cook in a skillet over medium high heat approx 5 min each side.
- Blend avocado crema ingredients. If it is too thick, add water 1 tbsp at a time until you get to your preferred consistency.

- Rice, cabbage or cole slaw mix, sliced mango, fresh jalapeno, fresh cilantro, fish and avocado crema
