Mango Fish Taco Bowls

Ingredients  

  • white fish I used cod; you could use mahi mahi as well)

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper

Avocado Crema

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 container plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Add seasoning to both sides of fish. Cook in a skillet over medium high heat approx 5 min each side.
  • Blend avocado crema ingredients. If it is too thick, add water 1 tbsp at a time until you get to your preferred consistency.

Bowl Ingredients and Assembly

  • Rice, cabbage or cole slaw mix, sliced mango, fresh jalapeno, fresh cilantro, fish and avocado crema
