Loaded Crockpot Pulled Pork Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 lb pork butt
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- a few dashes liquid smoke optional
- bbq sauce for serving
- cornbread and coleslaw for serving
Pork Butt Seasoning
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Instructions
- Combine all seasonings in a bowl.
- Pat dry pork butt. Drizzle olive oil on pork. Rub seasoning on all sides.
- In a pan over medium high, add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Sear pork butt on both sides then add to crockpot.
- Add apple cider vinegar and liquid smoke (optional).
- Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.
