
Easy Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 Sweet Onion diced
- 3 packs Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packets
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Minced Ginger
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Optional: shredded carrots, green ion, mushrooms, fried egg, sriracha, everything but the bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat pan over medium high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Add sweet onion. Cook 2-3 minutes.
- Add ginger, garlic, and ground beef. Cook until brown. Drain excess oil.
- Cook ramen according to package instructions. Do not add seasoning packet. Drain when finished cooking.
- To ground beef, add soy sauce, honey, butter, chili garlic sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Cook 4-5 minutes.
- Add in noodles. Combine all ingredients (I find it is easiest to use tongs).
- Optional: if using mushrooms, add to skillet when adding sauces.
