In a large pan over medium high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add garlic, shallots, asparagus, snap peas and frozen peas. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta of your choice according to package instructions. Reserve 3/4 cup pasta water.
Add zest and lemon juice to tenderized veggies.
Place boursin cheese in the middle and use a spoon or spatula to break apart.
Pour in pasta water and stiru to incorporate.
Add in cooked pasta.
