Melt stick of butter in a large pot over medium low. Continuously stirring being sure not to burn.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted 75% of the way.
Turn off heat and cereals. Combine.
Pour evenly into greased 9X13 baking dish. Press lucky charms marshmallows on top.
Let set minimum 5 min. Cut and enjoy!
