In a large pot over medium high heat, add butter. Add minced garlic. Add tomato paste. Stir to combine.
Add italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook 4-5 min.
Stir in tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add pinch of red pepper flakes (if using).
Add pasta and frozen meatballs. Cook 20-25 min or until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally ensuring nothing is sticking to the bottom of your pot.
Once cooked, turn off heat and pour in heavy cream.
Serve with parmesan, basil, and parsley.
