Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, whisk together eggs, herbs, red pepper flakes and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
When pasta is finished, strain and either add into large pan or large pot over medium heat.
Pour in egg mixture and quickly stir.
Add in butter, pasta water and peas.
Cook additional 3-5 min.
Garnish with mozzarella or burrata, prosciutto and basil.
