Heat oven to 350.
Heat skillet to medium high. Brown ground beef.
Add onion and green chiles, cook 3-4 minutes.
Add seasoning. Cook 2-3 min.
Assemble enchiladas by taking a tortilla, adding a spoonful of enchilada sauce, black beans, ground beef mixture and sprinkle of cheese.
Pour a small amount of enchilada sauce into greased 9x13 baking dish. Roll and place into dish seam side down. Repeat until dish is full.
Top enchiladas with enchilada sauce and cheese.
Bake 30 min.
