Mango Passion Swirl Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
First Half
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 portion vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 container coconut yogurt
Second Half
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen passion fruit
- 1/2 portion vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 container coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- cocowhip to create clouds on cup
Instructions
- Blend first group of ingredients. Pour into glass.
- Rinse blender and blend second half of ingredients. Pour on top of first layer.
