Mango Passion Swirl Protein Smoothie

Ingredients  

First Half

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 portion vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 container coconut yogurt

Second Half

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen passion fruit
  • 1/2 portion vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 container coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • cocowhip to create clouds on cup

Instructions 

  • Blend first group of ingredients. Pour into glass.
  • Rinse blender and blend second half of ingredients. Pour on top of first layer.
