Keith Lee Matcha Latte

Ingredients  

  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • milk of choice
  • matcha of choice
  • matcha cold foam: heavy cream, 1/2 tsp matcha powder, vanilla syrup
  • garnish: sea salt and fresh strawberry

Instructions 

  • Add ice to glass. Add maple syrup.
  • Add milk of choice.
  • Prepare matcha according to your matcha brands instructions and your preferences. Pour over milk.
  • For cold foam, froth together heavy cream, matcha powder and vanilla. Pour over top of latte.
  • Garnish with sea salt and a fresh strawberry.
