Keith Lee Matcha Latte
Ingredients
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- milk of choice
- matcha of choice
- matcha cold foam: heavy cream, 1/2 tsp matcha powder, vanilla syrup
- garnish: sea salt and fresh strawberry
Instructions
- Add ice to glass. Add maple syrup.
- Add milk of choice.
- Prepare matcha according to your matcha brands instructions and your preferences. Pour over milk.
- For cold foam, froth together heavy cream, matcha powder and vanilla. Pour over top of latte.
- Garnish with sea salt and a fresh strawberry.
