Easy Ramen


-ground beef
-1/2 sweet onion, diced
-3 packs of ramen noodles
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-1/2 tbsp minced ginger
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
-2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
-2 tbsp honey
-2 tbsp butter
-optional: shredded carrots, green onion, mushrooms, fried egg, sriracha


  1. Heat pan over medium high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Add sweet onion. Cook 2-3 min. Add ginger, garlic and ground beef. Cook until brown.
  2. Cook ramen in separate pot according to instructions. Do not add seasoning packet. Drain when cooked.
  3. To ground beef, add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, rice wine vinegar, butter and honey. Cook 4-5 min.
  4. Add in noodles. Combine.
  5. Optional: if using mushrooms, add to skillet when adding sauces.
