-ground beef
-1/2 sweet onion, diced
-3 packs of ramen noodles
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-1/2 tbsp minced ginger
-1/3 cup soy sauce
-1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
-2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
-2 tbsp honey
-2 tbsp butter
-optional: shredded carrots, green onion, mushrooms, fried
egg, sriracha
- Heat pan over medium high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Add sweet onion. Cook 2-3 min. Add ginger, garlic and ground beef. Cook until brown.
- Cook ramen in separate pot according to instructions. Do not add seasoning packet. Drain when cooked.
- To ground beef, add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, rice wine vinegar, and honey. Cook 4-5 min.
- Add in noodles. Combine.
- Optional: if using mushrooms, add to skillet when adding sauces.
