(meatballs)
-1 lb ground turkey
-1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
-3 tbsp chopped cilantro
-1 egg
-1 tsp minced garlic
-1 tsp onion powder
-1/4 cup green onion, chopped
-1 tsp grated or minced ginger
-2 tsp soy sauce
(sauce)
-3 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp honey
-1/4 cup hoisin
-2 tsp sriracha
-3 tbsp rice vinegar
-1 tsp grated or minced ginger
-1 tsp minced garlic
- Heat oven to 450. Like baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix meatball ingredients in large bowl. Form into meatballs. Bake 15-18 min depending on size.
- Add all sauce ingredients to a small pot over medium low. Bring to a simmer. Once meatballs are cooked, toss meatballs in
sauce. - Assemble bowls. Rice+meatballs+optional toppings (green onion, carrots, cucumber, edamame, ginger, sesame seeds,
cilantro, and/or jalapeño/serrano).
