Summer Strawberry Chicken Salad

- air fryer
Ingredients
- romaine chopped
- 1 lb chicken breasts thinly sliced
- olive oil
- 1 tsp each of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper
- 1 bunch cilantro finely chopped
- 1 shallot thinly sliced
- microgreens
- parmesan thinly shaved or shredded
- chopped honey roasted pecans
- french fried onions
- avocado thinly sliced
- dressing of choice
Instructions
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and seasonings. Air fry at 365 for 10-12 min.
- Open, flip chicken, and cook additional 6 min.
- Toss together all ingredients to create loaded salad. Top with sliced air fried chicken breasts.
