Biscoff Butter S’mores Latte

Ingredients  

  • 1 tsp marshmallow fluff plus more for glass
  • 1 tsp biscoff butter plus more for glass
  • double shot of espresso
  • milk of choice
  • cold foam: heavy cream and vanilla
  • crumbled graham crackers for topping

Instructions 

  • Use a spoon to add marshmallow fluff and cookie butter to line inside of glass.
  • Fill glass with ice. Add milk of choice.
  • Add a tsp or so of marshmallow fluff and cookie butter to espresso cup. Brew espresso into glass. Stir.
  • Cold foam: froth together heavy cream and vanilla syrup. Top with crumbed graham crackers.
