-1 pound ground chicken
-1 egg
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-1/2 cup panko
-1/2 cup parmesan
-1 tsp onion powder
-pinch of red pepper flakes
-salt and pepper
-2 tbsp chopped parsley
-1.5 tbsp chopped sage
- Heat oven to 450.
- Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.
- Line baking sheet with parchment or spray with cooking oil.
- Form chicken mixture into small balls (about 2.5 tbsp or so).
- Place on sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 18-20 min.
