-chicken breasts
-1 1/2 cup buttermilk
-1 cup flour
-1 cup panko
-1 tsp turmeric
-2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-2 tbsp butter, melted
HOT HONEY BUTTER; 1/2 cup butter (melted), 1/4 cup honey, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp salt
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Put in a shallow baking dish Cover with buttermilk. Place in fridge 2 hrs.
- Heat oven to 425.
- In a bowl, combine panko, flour, turmeric, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour mixture. Place on baking sheet. Spoon melted 2 tbsp butter over chicken.
- Bake 20-25 min.
- Make hot honey by combining all ingredients.
- Remove chicken from oven. Brush honey butter on top.
- Serve on buns with shredded lettuce, ranch and pickles.
