-3 cups shredded chicken
-1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
-1 15.25 oz can corn, drained and rinsed
-1 10 oz can rotel
-1 4 oz can diced green chiles
-1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
-8 ounces sour cream
-1 tbsp taco seasoning (I usually make my own!)
-colby jack cheese (about 1 cup)
-doritos, crushed
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish.
- Spread half of doritos on bottom of pan.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, black beans, corn, rotel, diced green chiles, cream of chicken soup, half of cheese, sour cream
and taco seasoning. Spread evenly into dish. - Bake 20 min.
- Remove from oven and top with remaining chips and cheese. Return to oven 5 min.
