-chicken thighs
-canned pineapple rings in pineapple juice
-jalapeño, sliced
-green onions, sliced
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-3/4 cup bbq sauce
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Heat oven safe skillet over medium high. Coat pan with olive oil.
- Add chicken thighs. Cook each side 4-5 min or until cooked through. Remove chicken from pan.
- Turn heat to low. Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice from canned pineapple slices. Add bbq sauce. Stir to combine. Cook 3-4 min until thickened.
- Add back in chicken thighs. Add pineapple slices. Broil in oven on high 5 min.
- Remove and top with green onion and jalapeño.
