-1/2 cup mayo
-1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
-1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
-1.5 cups buttermilk
-1 egg
-1/2 cup flour
-1/2 cup panko
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp paprika
-rice for bowl

- In a medium bowl, whisk together egg and buttermilk.
- In another bowl, combine flour, panko, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.
- Dip shrimp in buttermilk mix, then flour mix.
- Spray air fryer tray with oil. Add shrimp. Cook at 400 for 5 min. Flip shrimp and cook additional 3 min.
- Meanwhile, combine mayo, chili garlic sauce and sweet chili sauce in a small bowl.
- Assemble rice, shrimp, toppings, sauce.
